Header section contains the Primary Keyword and the Tier 1 keyword (if possible) - and remember, no "period" at the end

The first paragraph offers the Primary Keyword twice as well as the Tier 1 Keyword twice. Make sure to keep the content applicable to the topic, "human" and user-friendly to the reader.

In the second paragraph, the Primary Keyword and Tier 1 Keyword are only required once. Tier 2 Keywords may be sprinkled throughout the entire page while the focus is always kept to the Primary Keyword and Tier 1 Keyword.

The third paragraph and following paragraphs will contain the Primary Keyword and Tier 1 Keyword once per paragraph. It's that simple!
